2. Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning specifications
It needs to be installed vertically or horizontally to ensure that the interface direction is consistent with the medium flow direction, and the flange bolts are tightened symmetrically to avoid eccentric load;
Before the first start, it is necessary to fully exhaust and gradually pressurize and debug (the recommended initial pressure is 20%~30% of the rated value) to prevent the seal from being damaged by instantaneous high pressure.
Medium and environmental requirements
The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil must meet the NAS 1638 level 6 standard. Medium containing particles or high viscosity media can easily cause the valve core to jam, and the filter element needs to be cleaned regularly;
The operating temperature range is -10~80℃. In high temperature environments, a heat dissipation device must be configured or a high temperature resistant coil (such as a fluororubber seal model) must be selected.
Operation and load limit
It is forbidden to operate over the rated pressure (such as the maximum continuous pressure of D41FH series is 25MPa). Long-term overload may cause valve body deformation or gear breakage;
Avoid frequent start and stop and sudden load changes to prevent impact loads from affecting the positioning accuracy of the valve core.
Maintenance and parts replacement
Check the status of the seals every 500 hours. When replacing, use original parts (such as propylene rubber seals) to ensure compatibility;
Before long-term shutdown, the residual medium in the system must be emptied and anti-rust oil must be injected to protect internal components (such as plungers and bearings).
Key tips:
Multi-valve linkage requires PLC calibration of synchronization parameters to avoid system conflicts caused by action delays;
Before disassembly and maintenance, the pressure must be released and the power supply must be disconnected to prevent accidents caused by residual energy.
