2. Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning specifications
It needs to be installed vertically or horizontally (depending on the model), and the interface direction is consistent with the gas source flow direction to avoid reverse flow and seal failure;
Check the solenoid valve coil voltage (DC24V or AC220V) before commissioning to ensure that the power supply fluctuation is ≤±10% to prevent overheating damage.
Media and environmental restrictions
It is forbidden to use with particles, high viscosity or easy to coke media to prevent valve core jamming or seal wear;
The operating temperature range is -15~50℃. High temperature conditions (＞50℃) require the installation of a heat sink or the selection of a high temperature resistant coil model.
Operation and maintenance requirements
Check the status of seals (such as propylene rubber seals) every 500 hours, clean the impurities in the filter element in time, and ensure that the oil cleanliness reaches NAS 1638 Level 6 standard;
Before long-term shutdown, the compressed air in the system must be emptied to prevent condensed water from corroding the internal components of the valve body.
Accessories and compatibility
When replacing seals or valve cores, original accessories (such as model 0820027951) must be used to ensure seal compatibility and control accuracy;
When multiple valves are linked, the synchronization parameters must be calibrated through PLC to avoid action delays and gas path conflicts.
Key tips:
The system pressure must be released before disassembly and maintenance to avoid accidental opening caused by residual energy;
For high-frequency action scenes, it is recommended to use PT1/8 or PT1/4 small-caliber models to reduce the impact of pressure fluctuations on life.
