Operation mode adaptation

Hydraulic/pneumatic operation requires a dedicated actuator.
Maintenance requirements
Regularly check the cleanliness of the oil (NAS 1638 level 6 standard is recommended) to prevent the valve core from getting stuck;
Check the coil resistance (standard value 20Ω±5%) to ensure that the electromagnetic components are normal;
Check the seals every 500 hours to prevent leakage.
System design optimization
For high-pressure scenarios, models with hydrostatic unloading technology are preferred to reduce mechanical wear;
The closed-loop control system needs to be equipped with a high-precision sensor to improve the steady-state accuracy of the proportional valve (±0.5%).
Environmental requirements
Waterproof and dustproof design requires the junction box seal to be intact;
