Excellent torque characteristics and load adaptability
The radial piston design can output ultra-large torque (up to tens of thousands of Nm) at low speed (as low as 0.5rpm), and the starting torque is as high as more than 90% of the rated torque, which is suitable for heavy-load starting scenarios;
Supports stepless speed regulation, can maintain constant torque in a wide speed range (0.5-400rpm), and adapts to heavy load requirements such as engineering machinery and ship propulsion.
Sturdy structure and long life design
The core components are made of high-precision roller bearings and wear-resistant alloy materials, and the internal plunger ball head is embedded in the spindle disc ball socket design to prevent the risk of mechanical separation and reduce friction loss;
The reinforced oil seal can withstand high-pressure back pressure (≤20bar), combined with high-pressure oil injection lubrication technology, significantly extending the service life, and the maintenance cycle can reach more than 5000 hours.
High efficiency and energy saving and environmental protection
The hydraulic oil utilization rate is high, and the efficiency remains above 85% under partial load conditions. It also supports regenerative braking function, which can recover braking energy and reduce system energy consumption;

Installation and commissioning specifications
The oil cleanliness must meet the NAS 1638 standard (recommended level 7-8). Before installation, thoroughly flush the pipeline and configure a 10μm high-precision filter to prevent particles from wearing the plunger assembly;
During commissioning, the pressure must be loaded gradually (initial pressure ≤50% rated value) to avoid instantaneous high-pressure shock causing seal failure.
Operation and maintenance management
Overpressure operation is prohibited (rated pressure ≤420bar, instantaneous peak ≤450bar), and oil temperature (recommended ≤65℃) and vibration amplitude are regularly monitored to prevent bearing overheating and damage;
Inspect oil seal wear every 1000 hours, replace bearings and key seals every 5000 hours, and use original accessories for maintenance.
Measures for special working conditions
Before long-term shutdown, the system oil needs to be drained and anti-rust oil injected to prevent internal corrosion; when starting in a cold environment, the hydraulic oil needs to be preheated to above 15℃;
For frequent start-stop scenarios, it is recommended to install a buffer valve to reduce the damage of hydraulic shock to the plunger assembly.
Fault handling and technical support
When abnormal noise or torque drop occurs, stop the machine immediately to check oil contamination or plunger wear problems, and non-professionals are prohibited from disassembling the valve body;
For complex faults, contact the authorized service provider, which supports remote diagnosis and on-site technical support.
