1. Advantages and features
Efficient operation and low energy consumption
The rotor adopts a geometrically symmetrical design, with low vibration and high stability during operation, which is suitable for high-speed scenarios and can reduce the driving power demand.
The valve body clearance design does not require lubrication, reduces friction loss, and extends service life.
Simplified structure and anti-pollution ability
The pump chamber is designed with oil-free seals to avoid oil vapor contamination of the system, especially suitable for hydraulic environments with high cleanliness requirements.
The structure is compact, with high tolerance to dust and water vapor in the medium, and adapts to complex working conditions.
Wide pressure adaptability
Maintains stable pumping speed within a wide pressure range, suitable for medium and high pressure systems.
Limitations: Low compression ratio, poor hydrogen pumping effect; complex rotor processing technology, high maintenance cost.
2. Precautions for use
Installation specifications
Strictly follow the flow direction mark installation to avoid reverse operation causing valve core jamming or abnormal flow.
Select oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant seals (such as fluororubber) to ensure the sealing of the interface.
Media and cleaning management
It is forbidden to use media containing hard particles or high viscosity to prevent valve core wear or blockage.
The pipeline needs to be thoroughly cleaned before installation. It is recommended to install a high-precision filter (such as 10μm grade) before the valve.
Operation and maintenance
Avoid long-term half-open operation of the valve. It is recommended to use a proportional valve to improve control accuracy in frequent adjustment scenarios.
Check the flexibility of the valve core every 500 hours and clean the sediment; replace the seal every 1-2 years.
Fault response
If the valve core is stuck, it can be released by reverse flushing or tapping the valve body. Forced operation is prohibited.
If a leak is found, stop the machine immediately and check the wear of the sealing surface or the looseness of the bolts.
